Permission is granted to our (Silverwood Farm) breeders and foal owners to use photos/graphics to help promote their foals, but please do give credit to photographer (you should contact photographers for sales use, etc.) Lizard Graphics if its a graphic image, a link to Silverwood Farm or lizardgraphics.com and note that the images/photos are copyrighted.

The images are presented on the Internet for viewing purposes only.

It is illegal to use any portion of these images as reference for another photograph or illustration in any form, without our rules and stipulations being followed.

It is illegal to copy or reproduce these images in any manner without following the rules and stipulations and getting the prior written consent of Silverwood Farm or Lizard Graphics.

It is illegal to post these images to an electronic bulletin board or use them on another website, without following the rules and stipulations.

If failure to comply is found by Silverwood Farm/Lizard Graphics-we will notify you, if you do not comply with our request to correct situation, we will notify your server with copyright infringement notice (which will mostly likely terminate your account) if you have a web design company we will also notify them of the infringement. If notices are ignored then legal action will be taken.

Failure to comply is a copyright infringement and is punishable by Federal law. Fines of up to $150,000 per image/photo are applicable under Federal law.

Please note: Every single graphic on here has been made by me or customized by me, with the exception of a few of the registry or trademark logos-that are direct and un-customized copies, such as the PtHA logo, but many of the registry trademarks are customized by Lizard Graphics--example:
This of course is the ISR/OLD NA premium logo, I scanned in this plaque, in Photoshop I beveled the edges, I added the glint of light, I added the little drop shadow, this all took me a considerable amount of time, but I had in mind what I wanted on my website and how I wanted it to look and I wanted something unique so I make this little item from scratch, I now see this exact work and many of my other graphics on LOTS of sites and not a single one of them asked me if they could take it off of my site. PLEASE ask, I may say yes, I may say no, but I usually have a reason for either. If you need a logo from a registry etc. get it from them or scan it in yourself and work it they way you like it, but again do not take my work without asking.

Copyright infringement alert!
Due to recent problems we have had with image shown (top right-->) and copyright infringement/image theft We are replacing it with a new and improved version (below right-->). If you are currently using the old image with our permission and would like to continue using a triangle diagram on your site, please contact me at pintofoal@aol.com and replace the old image with the new and improved one-thank you for your cooperation. Any site with the old image on it and not giving credit and copyright notice to Lizard Graphics (the creator of both images) will be in violation of our copyright rules/stipulations.

Violations like the one mentioned above may very well make us revoke use of all of our images by any other sites in the future. We apologize that the selfish, untruthful and unlawful acts of others could possibly ruin it for everyone. In the meantime we hope you like the new and improved image better then the old one!

(Sim stands for computer SIMulated games-there are games where people have "on-line" make believe horses, stables, etc.)

WE ARE GOING TO START LISTING SIM PLAYER SITES HERE THAT ARE VIOLATING THE RULES BELOW--THESE SITES MAY RUIN ALL OTHER SIM PLAYERS FROM USING OUR IMAGES!! HOPEFULLY IF THOSE WHO DO PLAY FAIR AND FOLLOW THE RULES GIVE THOSE WHO DON'T A HARD TIME ABOUT THEFT AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, BECAUSE THEY ARE ABOUT TO RUIN THE PRIVILEGE FOR YOU!
